A colleague shows another colleague a printed draft of the marketing email.

고객 중심 제안 이메일을 위한 B2 표현: “you”와 “because”, free, new, sale, off, best sellers의 정직한 사용, 100–130단어 5단계 이메일, 고객의 필요를 끌어내는 질문.

상대의 상황을 짚고(“Your first-time managers need feedback skills …”), 구체적인 이점 하나를 “because”로 그 필요와 연결하고, 근거는 한계와 함께 제시한 뒤, 하나의 행동과 날짜로 마무리합니다. free, new, sale, best sellers 같은 단어는 뒤에 사실이 있을 때만 설득력이 있습니다.

Subject: Give your new managers more confident conversations

Hello Aisha,

Your first-time managers need feedback skills they can use immediately. Our new Conversation Practice Lab gives each manager three realistic video scenarios and a private coaching note, because useful practice should connect directly to tomorrow’s work. Setup is easy: choose a team, select a scenario and book a 30-minute session. Current clients report faster preparation, but results depend on attendance and manager support. Book a free needs call by 18 May, and we will recommend the most suitable pilot for your team.

Thank you,

Maya Chen

제목은 제품이 아니라 상대가 얻을 결과를 말합니다: “Give your new managers more confident conversations”.

Your first-time managers need feedback skills they can use immediately.”
Our new Conversation Practice Lab gives each manager three realistic video scenarios and a private coaching note, because useful practice should connect directly to tomorrow’s work.”
Setup is easy: choose a team, select a scenario and book a 30-minute session.”
Current clients report faster preparation, but results depend on attendance and manager support.”
Book a free needs call by 18 May, and we will recommend the most suitable pilot for your team.”

  • you / your: 우리 회사가 아니라 상대의 상황: “Your new supervisors can practise the conversations they face each week.”
  • because: 우리의 이유가 아니라 상대의 이유: “… because your managers need feedback before the June reviews.”
  • new: 정말 최근에 나온 것에만: “Our new feedback scenario covers hybrid performance reviews.”
  • easy: 단계로 증명하기: “Setup is easy: select a team, choose a scenario and book one session.”
  • thank you: 무엇에 감사하는지 구체적으로: “Thank you for describing your managers’ needs so clearly.”

  • free: 무엇이 무료인지 정확히: “a free twenty-minute needs call; the training pilot itself is priced separately”.
  • sale: 기간을 밝히기: “The September course sale applies to bookings made before 28 August.”
  • off: 무엇이 언제까지 할인되는지: “fifteen percent off a second team workshop booked this month”.
  • now: 압박이 아니라 실제 다음 단계: “Compare the two pilot options now, then choose after your budget review.”
  • best sellers: 판매 수치가 있을 때만: “Our best sellers this quarter are the feedback and delegation practice packs.”

스몰토크에서 “So, …”는 화제를 열고, “In fact”는 관련 정보를 덧붙이고, “What a coincidence!”

“Could you tell me …” 의 ‘워크숍이 어디인지’ 부분이 “where the workshop is”가 됩니다. 는 어떤 문장에나 붙지만, 영어 부가의문문은 앞 문장의 조동사를 반복합니다: “haven’t we?”, “isn’t it?”, “don’t you?”.

Could you tell me how your autonomy trial worked?”
  • 부정 의문문, 기억이 맞는지 확인할 때: “Didn’t you present the mentoring study?” 발표를 했다면 “Yes, I did.”
We’ve met before, haven’t we?”

  • “Could you tell me where is the workshop?” 평서문 어순으로 쓰세요: “where the workshop is”.
  • “We’ve met before, didn’t we?”
  • “FREE TRAINING!!! ACT NOW!”
  • “Huge savings on all courses!”
  • “Our company is proud to present …” 대신 “Your …”

Is that the time? I promised to meet a colleague, but I’ll send you our summary this afternoon.”
