A colleague shows another colleague a printed draft of the marketing email.

Subject: Give your new managers more confident conversations

Hello Aisha,

Your first-time managers need feedback skills they can use immediately. Our new Conversation Practice Lab gives each manager three realistic video scenarios and a private coaching note, because useful practice should connect directly to tomorrow’s work. Setup is easy: choose a team, select a scenario and book a 30-minute session. Current clients report faster preparation, but results depend on attendance and manager support. Book a free needs call by 18 May, and we will recommend the most suitable pilot for your team.

Thank you,

Maya Chen

件名は製品ではなく、読み手が得る結果を伝えます:“Give your new managers more confident conversations”。

Your first-time managers need feedback skills they can use immediately.”
Our new Conversation Practice Lab gives each manager three realistic video scenarios and a private coaching note, because useful practice should connect directly to tomorrow’s work.”
Setup is easy: choose a team, select a scenario and book a 30-minute session.”
Current clients report faster preparation, but results depend on attendance and manager support.”
Book a free needs call by 18 May, and we will recommend the most suitable pilot for your team.”

  • you / your:自社ではなく相手の状況を:“Your new supervisors can practise the conversations they face each week.”
  • because:自社ではなく相手の理由を:“… because your managers need feedback before the June reviews.”
  • new:本当に新しいものにだけ:“Our new feedback scenario covers hybrid performance reviews.”
  • easy:手順で証明する:“Setup is easy: select a team, choose a scenario and book one session.”
  • thank you:何に感謝するかを具体的に:“Thank you for describing your managers’ needs so clearly.”

  • free:何が無料かを正確に:“a free twenty-minute needs call; the training pilot itself is priced separately”。
  • sale:期間を示す:“The September course sale applies to bookings made before 28 August.”
  • off:何がいつまで割引になるかを示す:“fifteen percent off a second team workshop booked this month”。
  • now:あおるのではなく、実際の次の一歩を:“Compare the two pilot options now, then choose after your budget review.”
  • best sellers:販売実績があるときだけ:“Our best sellers this quarter are the feedback and delegation practice packs.”

が話題を切り出し、“In fact”が関連する情報を加え、“What a coincidence!”

“Could you tell me …”

Could you tell me how your autonomy trial worked?”
  • 否定疑問文、記憶が正しいか確かめるとき:“Didn’t you present the mentoring study?” 発表したなら“Yes, I did.”
We’ve met before, haven’t we?”

  • “Could you tell me where is the workshop?” 平叙文の語順にします:“where the workshop is”。
  • “We’ve met before, didn’t we?”
  • “FREE TRAINING!!! ACT NOW!”
  • “Huge savings on all courses!”
  • “Our company is proud to present …”

Is that the time? I promised to meet a colleague, but I’ll send you our summary this afternoon.”
