- 다시 말씀해 주세요.
- Please say that again.
This polite request asks the speaker to say the message again. Use it after a hearing problem and focus on the repeated part.
- 무슨 뜻이에요?
- What does it mean?
Use this when the words were audible but their intended meaning is unclear. It is a meaning question, not a request for louder speech.
- 잠시만 생각할게요.
- Let me think for a moment.
This signals a brief thinking pause in polite -요 style. Give your answer after the pause rather than using it to exit the turn.

The workplace takes the location-of-action particle 에서; 을 marks an object and does not fit here.

어제 sets past time, so the polite past form 왔어요 is required.
