After the first week, we began practicing business English. Although I initially thought I would struggle, my teacher, who was an expert in the field, created a lesson plan suited to my level.
Additionally, thanks to the regularly updated topics, I never got bored during the lessons and continued learning new business terminology. As the lessons went on, I noticed that I had begun speaking more fluently and confidently. My teacher and I even started talking as though we were in a business meeting.
Of course, not everything was perfect. In the middle of one lesson, my internet connection briefly dropped, and I lost around 15–20 minutes. When I hesitantly reported the issue to customer service at the end of the lesson, they credited me with a make-up lesson within 15 minutes, with no hassle at all. Technical issues can occur on any online platform, but this fast, solution-oriented approach strengthened my trust in the platform.
Since I eventually became able to speak comfortably, I think Flalingo is the best English speaking course.
