Flalingo Kids Prices and Packages: Which Package Should Families Choose?

Flalingo Kids offers two packages for children ages 3-17: the 6-month Little Explorer and the 12-month Master Explorer. As of September 2026, the price per lesson is $9.60 for Little Explorer and $6.40 for Master Explorer. Prices are calculated based on one 25-minute lesson per week. The 6-month package includes 24 lessons and costs $229 in total, while the 12-month package includes 48 lessons and costs $306 in total. Both packages come standard with personalized smart materials, a FLAI report after every lesson, and lesson recordings.

Parents have two questions when choosing a package: Which one is right for my child, and how much will it cost in total? You will find clear, numbers-based answers to both below.

Meet the Packages: Little Explorer or Master Explorer?

Flalingo Kids offers two learning paths. The packages are distinguished not by age but by the child's starting point and how long-term a plan you want. Both are open to all children ages 3-17.

Little Explorer Package (6 Months)

This package is designed to reinforce the English your child already knows and take it to the next level. It is suitable for children who know colors, numbers, and some vocabulary but struggle to form sentences or feel hesitant when speaking.

The focus throughout the six months is speaking. First, the child turns the words they know into short sentences, then begins using those sentences more comfortably in lessons. The package consists of 24 lessons in total, with one 25-minute lesson per week.

Master Explorer Package (12 Months)

Master Explorer is a longer program designed for children starting English from scratch. It begins with the alphabet and sounds, then builds basic structures step by step.

It takes time for a child starting from scratch to recognize sounds, turn words into sentences, and use them confidently in lessons. Twelve months provides enough time to progress through these steps without rushing and with regular repetition. The pace of progress still varies from child to child. The package consists of 48 lessons in total, with one lesson per week, and includes group lessons in addition to one-on-one lessons.

What Ages Is Flalingo Kids For? Teaching Methods by Age Group

Flalingo Kids offers lessons to children ages 3 to 17. During registration, one of four groups is selected based on your child's age. Whichever package you choose, the lesson structure, activity types, and homework vary according to this group. Teacher recommendations follow the same approach, and the teachers listed have experience working with that age group. Lessons last 25 or 50 minutes. We particularly recommend 25 minutes for younger children. Attention spans are short at this age, so regular, short lessons produce better results than infrequent, long ones. A 50-minute lesson is an option for older children who are accustomed to taking lessons.

Prices and Discounts: How Much Do the 6- and 12-Month Packages Cost in Total?

The figures below are from September 2026 and match the package cards on the Flalingo Kids pricing page. The pricing page lists the packages as the “6-Month Smart Package” and “12-Month Smart Package.” These correspond to the Little Explorer and Master Explorer packages in this article.  

If one lesson per week is not enough, you can also choose 3, 5, or 7 lessons per week. The number of lessons increases accordingly. For example, with 3 lessons per week, the 6-month package includes 72 lessons and the 12-month package includes 144 lessons, with a corresponding increase in price. An education consultant will calculate the cost of your chosen plan with you when you select your package.

The difference grows over the long term. At today's prices, purchasing two separate 6-month packages to cover one year would cost $458, compared with $306 for a single 12-month package. The difference is $152.

How is the discount calculated?

The crossed-out figures in the table are the packages' undiscounted list prices: $382 for the 6-month package and $765 for the 12-month package. The discount rates are calculated based on these prices. The Little Explorer discount is 40% ($153), while the Master Explorer discount is 60% ($459).

The 12-month package's list price is exactly double that of the 6-month package. Without the discount, there would be no difference in the per-lesson price between the two packages; the difference comes from the discount rate.

Payment, Refunds, and Makeup Lessons

Lesson Recordings and Your Child's Personal Data

Live lessons on Flalingo Kids are recorded in audio and/or video format. Recording is part of the service you purchase. The FLAI report is prepared using this recording and in-lesson messages, while Flomework exercises are also generated based on the results of this analysis. Recordings are also used to measure educational quality, monitor teacher performance, and investigate potential complaints.

The recordings are not anonymous. They are associated with your child's account and protected as personal data. As a parent, you can access the recordings through your account. Within Flalingo, only authorized personnel—namely your education advisor and the quality and support team—can access them. Recordings are retained for 1 year. At the end of this period, they are deleted or irreversibly anonymized. The retention period for FLAI reports and personalized exercise content is also 1 year.

Flalingo's teacher agreement also prohibits teachers from sharing phone numbers, email addresses, or social media accounts with students.

Article 11 of the KVKK gives you the right to learn how your child's data is processed and to request the correction or deletion of inaccurate data. You can request the correction of any result in the FLAI report that you believe is inaccurate. If a fully automated assessment produces a result that adversely affects your child, you may object to it. To apply, complete the Data Subject Application Form and email it from the address registered with Flalingo to info@flalingo.com. Applications are processed free of charge within 30 days.

Decision Guide: Which Package Is Best for My Child?

After reviewing the prices, you can finalize your decision with these five steps:

• Use the Trial Lesson as a Data Point: After the trial lesson, speak with the teacher and education advisor to get an outside perspective on your child's level. Before starting, you can also assess their starting point from home with the free level test.
• Review the FLAI Report: The FLAI report prepared after the trial lesson shows your child's strengths and weaknesses with concrete examples. The "Areas for Improvement" section provides a useful indication of which package they need.
• Honestly Assess Your Child's Starting Point: Is your child truly starting from scratch, or do they already have some basic knowledge from school or cartoons? An honest answer to this question will guide you toward the right package.
• Define Your Long-Term Goal: Is your goal to reinforce what your child already knows and build their confidence in speaking (Little Explorer), or to give them a solid foundation in English (Master Explorer)?
• Also Consider the Monthly Cost: With instalments, Master Explorer costs $61 per month, while Little Explorer costs approximately $76 per month. With the 12-month package, both the monthly instalment and the price per lesson are lower. In return, you are making a one-year commitment.
